Qualifications or Performance:1. Legal entities or other organizations from the People's Republic of China or countries or regions with normal trade relations with the People' Republic of China are eligible to bid, and must provide relevant documents such as business licenses; 2. Bidders who submit domestically produced medical devices must provide: ① to the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Medical Device Production" (Order No. 53 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), provide the product manufacturers valid Medical Device Production License or Production Filing Certificate according to the classification of medical devices. ② According to the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Medical Device" (Order No. 54 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), provide the bidder's valid Medical Device Operation License or Operation Filing Certificate according to the of medical devices. ③ According to the "Measures for the Registration and Filing of Medical Devices" (Order No. 47 of the State Administration for Market Regulation, provide the valid Medical Device Registration Certificate (if there are attachments, they must be provided) or Medical Device Filing Certificate (including the Filing Information Form and its attachments for the equipment being bid; 3. For imported medical devices, provide the corresponding requirements according to the relevant management measures mentioned in Article 2 above: Medical Device Operation License or Filing Certificate, Medical Device Registration Certificate (if there are attachments, they must be provided) or Medical Device Filing Certificate (including the Filing Information Form). 4 Provide an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer or the domestic legal general agent for imported products, with traceable authorization.
