The bidder must have the qualification to manufacture or sell the equipment being tendered. The manufacturer's total performance of the same type of equipment in the past three years (valid within 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline, based on the signing time of the contract or order by Party A or other valid proof materials issued by the manufacturer) should be no less than 50 units. (Copies of contracts or orders or other valid supporting documents issued by the manufacturer must be provided in the tender documents, such as performance details signed or sealed.)
2. If the bidder is a trading company, it must provide the manufacturer's "Manufacturer's Authorization Letter" for this project along with the tender documents.
