Overview:This project is located in the Shangku Comprehensive Industrial Park in Korla, Xinjiang. The two FDY filament production lines to be tendered are the 500000 tons/year differentiated functional fiber project in the first phase of the 1.2 million tons/year polyester project in Zhongtai Bazhou, Xinjiang, and the 250000 tons/year filament supporting production line. They use melt direct spinning technology to produce FDY fully stretched yarn.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The qualification documents submitted by the bidder to prove their ability to perform the contract after winning the bid, in addition to Volume 1 Bidder's Instructions 13, also include the following documents:
1. The bidder must be an independent legal person or other organization that responds to the bidding. If the bidder is a domestic enterprise, they must provide a copy of the business license of the enterprise legal person or the certificate of the public institution legal person. If the bidder is an overseas enterprise, they must provide a copy of the enterprise registration certificate;
2. If the bidder is an agent, they must provide the original authorization letter issued by the equipment manufacturer, or the original authorization letter from the manufacturer's wholly-owned domestic subsidiary, or the original authorization letter from the regional agent authorized by the manufacturer.
3. Performance requirements: Provide three manufacturing or sales achievements in the past five years (from January 1, 2020 to present) that have been successfully operated for no less than two years in polyester fiber enterprises in China with an equivalent or above scale. Proof materials: provide key pages of the contract (key pages refer to the contract documents, which must include: the contract homepage, supply scope, technical indicators, contract signing time, contact person and contact phone number, both parties' seal and signature pages, etc.) and relevant proof materials such as performance acceptance forms or copies of acceptance reports (the successful operation time is subject to the date of the acceptance form and other relevant proof materials).
4. The original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder's bank within three months prior to the bid opening.
