3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The LNG pilot safety valve and vacuum safety valve tendered by the vendor for this project shall have at least three 160000 m3 and above low temperature LNG tanks of domestic LNG terminal project, and the project shall be put into production and running successfully for at least one year. The list of users, project name, copy of contract (excluding price is acceptable), calculation sheet or data sheet of safety valve, relevant contact person and address shall be listed in the performance sheet for inquiry.
The bidder must be manufacturer or agent.
If the Bidder is a trader or an Agent, it shall meet the following requirements of qualification and provide certificates:
a. The agent must provide sole official letter of authorization by manufacturer.
b. The company shall have established not less than 3 years based on bid opening day.
c. The bidder shall have sales performance for similar products. (Sale contract or end-user certification shall be provided and signed or sealed by representative of Bidder)
d. Manufacturer and agent cannot participate the bid simultaneously. If the manufacturer authorizes an agent to participate this bid, only one agent can be authorized.
