3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The Tenderers must be manufacturers from the People's Republic of China or from countries or regions that have normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China. Tenderers registered in the People's Republic of China must provide a copy of their business license, and Tenderers registered outside the People's Republic of China must provide the copy of their business license certificate documents.
3.2 Since January 1, 2022 (subject to the signing time of the contract), the Tenderers shall have 1 sales performance contract for airtight pressurized rotary drum filters. Note: A copy of the sales performance table and performance contract must be provided. If the performance contract provided by the Tenderers involves business secrets, only the performance list (project name, user name, contract signing time, number of units/sets, equipment name, etc.) can be provided, and the Tenderers shall promise that the relevant performance is true and valid, and affix the official seal or have the signature of the enterprise's responsible person. (The Tenderee reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the performance documents)
3.3 The Tenderers shall provide relevant certification materials according to their own situation and the following requirements:
A. For domestic Tenderers:
① The Tenderers shall have sufficient financial guarantees and good financial conditions. They shall provide copies of financial audit reports (at least including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement) for the past three years (2022, 2023 and 2024) or promise that they have sufficient funds and good financial conditions.
② By the deadline for tender, the Tenderers shall not be included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, except when the penalty period expires. The query results on the China Execution Information Disclosure Network (zxgk.court.gov.cn/shixin) on the day of tender opening by the tendering agency shall prevail.
B. For overseas Tenderers:
If the Tenderer is a tenderer outside the People's Republic of China, it must promise that there are no records of poor performance or serious quality problems within the last three years (2022 to date).
