3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder must be the manufacturer (integrator) or agent of the equipment being bid on. If the bidder is an agent, they must provide one of the following materials:
1) Authorization letter directly issued by the manufacturer (integrator);
2) Authorization letter issued by affiliated companies of the manufacturer (integrator) (affiliated companies refer to companies controlled or controlled by the manufacturer (integrator), or companies belonging to the same group as the manufacturer (integrator), and valid proof of affiliation must be provided);
3) Authorization letter issued by the regional distributor authorized by the manufacturer (integrator) (valid regional distributor certification materials must be provided).
The authorization letter required above can also be in its own format.
2. Documents proving that the bidder has the financial, technical, and production capabilities required to fulfill the contract (in a format that meets the requirements of the "Authorization Letter Format for Unit Leaders", "Qualification Declaration Format", "Manufacturer Qualification Declaration Format", "Qualification Declaration Format for Bidders (acting as agents)", "Authorization Letter Format issued by Manufacturers", and "Certificate Format" in Chapter 4 Bidding Document Format).
3. Performance requirements: From May 1, 2020 to the present (subject to the contract signing date), the bidder or the crane manufacturer represented by the bidder shall have sales performance of 1 set (unit) of overhead crane equipment with a load capacity of 10 tons and above and multi - pivot points (three pivot points and above). It is required to provide key pages of the contract (including at least the page with seals or signatures of both parties, the content and quantity of the sold products, and the contract signing date).
4. 1) Bidders within the customs territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened their basic account within 3 months prior to the bid opening date;
Bidders from outside the customs territory of China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by their bank within 3 months prior to the bid opening date.
If the credit certificate clearly states that the photocopy is invalid, the original copy of the credit certificate must be provided, and the bidding agency reserves the right to review the original copy.
5. 1) Bidders within the customs territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) must provide the following supporting documents:
① Business license, legal representative certificate of public institution, or other legally registered proof materials.
2) Bidders from outside the customs territory of China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) must provide the following supporting documents:
① Valid business license certificate.
3) Other qualification certification documents: see Chapter 8 for details.
