3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1), The bidder shall be an equipment supplier with independent legal personality and ability to provide the goods and services specified in the bidding document.
(2), The bidder has successfully sold complete sets of process equipment with a single contract amount of no less than 25 million yuan or the equivalent foreign currency (foreign currency exchange rate is calculated according to the exchange rate on the date of signing the contract) in drinking water purification plants, sewage plants or water intake and distribution pump stations of 100000 tons/day and above in Chinese Mainland Since January 1, 2020 (subject to the date of completion acceptance)[ Please provide a copy of the contract (or winning bid notification) and a copy of the user acceptance certificate (original for future reference). If the contract, winning bid notification, or completion acceptance certificate does not reflect the performance requirements, the original user certificate must be provided. Performance or projects that have not been accepted without proof materials will not be recognized]
(3),The brand of DN2800 and above butterfly valves selected by the bidder for this bid has had successful sales performance in Chinese Mainland's drinking water purification plants, sewage plants or water intake and distribution networks with DN2800 and above butterfly valves. Copies of the contract since January 1, 2020 (subject to the date of signing the contract) (original for future reference) shall be provided. If the contract does not reflect and prove the nominal diameter of the valve, the original user certificate shall be provided.
(4),The brand of horizontal centrifugal pump selected by the bidder for this bid has had successful sales performance of horizontal centrifugal pump with "flow Q ≥ 6000m3/h, lift H ≥ 36m" in drinking water purification plants, sewage plants or water intake and distribution pump stations with a capacity of 100000 tons/day or above in Chinese Mainland Since January 1, 2020 (subject to the date of signing the contract). A copy of the contract (original for future reference) shall be provided. If the contract does not reflect and prove the flow and lift, the original user certificate shall be provided.
(5), The bidder or bidding equipment manufacturer has a complete after-sales service system, which can provide good and fast after-sales service and technical training for the tenderer.
(6), The bidder has not been included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior records by "Credit China" (www.creditchina. gov.cn) (i.e. has not been included in the "blacklist" record by "Credit China"), and the records will be checked through the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) on the day of bid opening.
(7), Any deviation from those clauses indicating that the Bids will be rejected in the Bidding Documents Volume One shall lead to rejection of the bids.
