3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The Bidder must be the manufacturer of the Dynamic Balancing Machine for All-steel Radial Tire or the agent authorized by the manufacturer. If the Bidder is an agent, the letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer shall be provided, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
3.2 If the Bidder is a manufacturer, the Bidder must provide a business license (business registration certificate) or a business license certificate.
If the Bidder is an agent, in addition to providing its own business license (business registration certificate) or business license certificate, the Bidder must also provide the manufacturer's business license (business registration certificate) or business license certificate.
3.3 Performance requirements: From January 1, 2021, to the deadline for submission of Bidding Documents (based on the contract or order signing date), the manufacturer of the Dynamic Balancing Machine for All-steel Radial Tire shall have at least one sales performance record for a dynamic balancing machine for tire of 15 inches or above.
The supporting materials include: copies of the corresponding sales contract or sales order must be provided. The copy of the sales contract or order must reflect the signing time, the content, specification and quantity of the products sold, the signature and other key information, otherwise it will be regarded as invalid certification materials. It is recognized that the contract or order seller is the manufacturer or its agent. If the above information is not reflected in the sales contract or sales order, please attach the relevant technical agreement or other supporting documents as supporting materials, otherwise it will be regarded as invalid performance.
3.4 Before the deadline for submission of Bidding Documents, if the domestic bidder is listed as a dishonest person on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), its bidding will be rejected.
3.5 The Bidder shall provide the original or copy of the bank reference certificate issued by the bank of deposit within 3 months before the bid opening date.
3.6 Consortium bidding is not accepted for the project.
3.7 The Bidder shall complete the registration and information verification on the website of http://www.ebnew.com or the electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical products bidding and tendering (http://www.chinabidding.com) before submitting the Bid.
