3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Relocation of projection lithography machine: In the past three years (valid within 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline, based on the contract or order signing time or other valid proof materials issued by the manufacturer, such as signed or sealed performance details), the bidder must have a total performance record of no less than 10 units of the same type of equipment or have dismantled or moved no less than 5 units of the same type of equipment. (Copies of contracts or orders or other valid supporting documents issued by the manufacturer must be provided in the tender documents, such as performance details signed or sealed.) 2. If the bidder is a trading company, it must provide the manufacturer's "Manufacturer's Authorization Letter" for this project along with the tender documents.
