3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders must complete valid registration on the electronic trading platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce to provide public services for international bidding and tendering activities for mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the Mechanical and Electrical Product Bidding and Tendering Electronic Trading Platform, website: www.chinabidding. com) before the deadline for submission of bids;

7) The bidder is a professional manufacturer of the equipment required for this bidding, or a designated agent appointed by the manufacturer as the sole authorized agent for this bidding.
8) The bidding products provided by the bidder should be brand new products from their place of origin.
