3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Bidders must be from the People's Republic of China or from countries or regions that have normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China.
(2) If the bidder is an agent, it must obtain the sole authorization from the manufacturer for this project, or a copy of the distribution authorization letter issued by the manufacturer to the authorized regional agent and the authorization letter issued by the regional agent, and provide a valid authorization letter. Under such circumstances, the manufacturer or regional agent can no longer participate in the bidding of this project in their own name.
(3) The bidding equipment should have a valid medical device registration certificate issued by the State Food and Drug Administration and its attached materials.
