3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1、The bidder must be the manufacturer (integrator) or agent of the equipment to be submitted [Small and medium five shafts (horizontal processing equipment)]. If the bidder is an agent, one of the following materials must be provided:
1)Authorization issued directly by the manufacturer;
2)Authorization letter issued by the manufacturer's affiliated company (the affiliated company refers to the manufacturer's holding or controlled company, or the company belonging to the same group as the manufacturer, etc., valid proof of affiliated relationship shall be provided);
3)Authorization letter issued by the regional distributor authorized by the manufacturer (valid proof of regional distributor must be provided);
Otherwise, the bidders will be rejected.
2、1) Bidders in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) should provide the following supporting documents:
① Business licenses, public sectors' legal person certificates or other legally-registered supporting materials;
2) Bidders outside the PRC (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) should provide the following supporting documents:
① Valid business licenses or other supporting documents;
3、Performance Requirements: The bidder or equipment manufacturer must have provided at least two similar projects (defined as: horizontal gantry type, X-axis stroke ≥1450mm, Y-axis stroke ≥1000mm, Z-axis stroke ≥1300mm, with precision grade meeting the technical requirements of this project) to at least two different users cumulatively over the past five years (January 1, 2020 to present). Supporting documents including contracts, technical agreements, installation/reception reports, etc. (seller's preference) must be provided. Contracts must specify the signing date and key terms (including verification of horizontal gantry type, X/Y/Z-axis strokes ≥1450mm/1000mm/1300mm, positioning accuracy ≤0.01mm per axis (VDI/DGQ3441 standard), ±0.005mm JIS tolerance, and ≤20" (JIS ± 10.0 seconds) for axes A/B/C based on machine structure) along with both parties' signed pages. Failure to provide these documents will result in rejection of the bid documentation.
