3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder is an independent legal person or other organization with legal business qualification;
2) The bidder, as the manufacturer of the bidding goods, shall provide the License of People's Republic of China (PRC) Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise or the Record Certificate for the Production of Class I Medical Devices in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state; In order to operate a sales enterprise, the bidder shall provide the License of People's Republic of China (PRC) Medical Device Operation Enterprise or the Record Certificate of Class II Medical Device Operation in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. The bidder's production or business scope shall be consistent with the relevant national licenses ;
3) The goods to be tendered shall have the People's Republic of China (PRC) Medical Device Registration Certificate or the First Class Medical Device Filing Certificate within the validity period of the tender deadline;
4) The bidder is a manufacturer specializing in the production of the required equipment this time, or an agent authorized by the bidder;
5) The bidding model provided by the bidder shall have installed users in China;
6) The bidder has no major illegal records in business activities within three years before participating in government procurement activities;
7)The bidder has no record of bribery crimes since the commencement of its business activities;
8) The bidder has not been listed as a dishonest entity on the Credit China website (www.creditchina.gov.cn)List of people, list of parties involved in major tax violation cases and the government of China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn)List of serious illegal and untrustworthy behaviors in procurement.
