3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) If the main goods tendered by the bidder (specifically referring to the airborne short-wave infrared hyperspectral imager in this project) are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall obtain a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer agreeing to provide such goods in this tender.
(2) The original or a copy of the bidder's financial audit report for the year 2024 or a credit certificate issued by the opening bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
(3) The bidder has no major illegal records in business operations within the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity.
(4) the bidder shall be noted in the bidding documents of the bidding deadline in tendering and bidding of mechanical and electronic products electronic trading platform (http://www.chinabidding.com) registered successfully. Otherwise, the bidder will not be able to enter the bidding process, and the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the bidder itself.
