Overview:In precision CNC machining, some precision deep through hole machining and thick parts require a surface roughness of Ra0.8 or less, as well as high requirements for roundness error, straight line error, and corner error. Due to the rigidity limitation of the cutting tool, once the part is too thick, the vibration of the tool will have an irreversible impact on the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the part. When encountering deep and small holes, there is nothing we can do, and these positions can only be machined through slow wire. The bidder shall select the equipment with the best performance price ratio based on the technical specifications, product and quality requirements proposed by the tenderer, taking into account the adaptability of the equipment, for the procurement of a set of "slow wire cutting machine tools".

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder is a legal person or other organization that responds to the bidding, has obtained the bidding documents from the bidding agency, and participated in the bidding competition.
(2) If the bidder provides imported products, they must provide the manufacturer's agency authorization document for the imported products or the manufacturer's formal authorization document for this project, which must be stamped by the manufacturer.
(3) The bidder has the necessary financial, technical, and production capabilities to fulfill the contract;
(4) Original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder's bank within three months prior to the bid opening date;
(5) The same person in charge of the unit or different units with controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the bidding of the same bidding project package.
