3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications or achievements that bidders should possess: The manufacturer of the bidding equipment must have more than 30 years of manufacturing and production experience, and have a sales performance of 10 units/sets of similar equipment (main structure form) in China since 2020, and provide supporting materials.
The bidder shall be a legal person or other organization that responds to the bidding, has obtained the bidding documents from the tenderer or bidding agency, and participated in the bidding competition. Any legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or any country or region that has normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China may bid. If the goods submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder themselves, the bidder shall provide a manufacturer's authorization letter.
