3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. This project only accepts bids from manufacturers (integrators) and does not accept bids from agents.
2. Documents proving that the bidder has the necessary financial, technical, and production capabilities to fulfill the contract (the format should meet the requirements of "Format of Power of Attorney for Unit Head", "Format of Qualification Statement", "Format of Manufacturer's Qualification Statement", "Format of Qualification Statement for Bidder (as an agent)", "Format of Authorization Letter Issued by Manufacturer", and "Format of Certificate" in Chapter IV, "Format of Bid Documents").
3. Performance requirements: Since September 1, 2020 (subject to the contract signing date), the bidder must have sales performance of one (1) multi-point suspension crane equipment, and is required to provide key pages of the contract (at least including the pages stamped or signed by both parties, the content and quantity of the sold products, and the contract signing date).

4.1) Bidders within the customs territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where their basic account was opened within 3 months prior to the bid opening date;
Bidders from outside the customs territory of China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by their bank of deposit within three months prior to the bid opening date.
