3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders must have independent legal personality, and domestic bidders must provide a business license or institutional legal person certificate loaded with a unified social credit code; Overseas bidders must provide valid proof of enterprise registration;
2) Performance requirements: since January 1, 2021, the bidder shall have no less than one similar project performance with the scope of the project bidding and provide a copy of the contract (similar performance requirements: including two AGV vehicles, a single AGV vehicle rated load of 25 tons or more, and with dual-vehicle linkage function). A copy of the contract must reflect the contract signing time, contract content, both sides of the seal or signature page, otherwise it will be dealt with as invalid supporting materials;
3) The bidder must be a manufacturer (integrator) or an authorized agent of the manufacturer. If the bidder is an agent, they must provide a valid authorization letter directly issued by the manufacturer;
4) Bidders must provide a credit certificate issued by their bank within three months prior to the bid opening, with domestic bidders providing a credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened their basic account;
