3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. This project only accepts bids from manufacturers (integrators) and does not accept bids from agents.
2. Documents proving that the bidder has the necessary financial, technical, and production capabilities to fulfill the contract (the format should meet the requirements of "Format of Power of Attorney for Unit Head", "Format of Qualification Statement", "Format of Manufacturer's Qualification Statement", "Format of Qualification Statement for Bidder (as an agent)", "Format of Authorization Letter Issued by Manufacturer", and "Format of Certificate" in Chapter IV, "Format of Bid Documents").
3. Performance requirements: From January 1, 2020, until the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the contract signing date or purchase order date), provide one copy of the manufacturer's performance in supplying ultrasonic cutting-related equipment, along with a copy of the contract or purchase order, and a copy of the technical agreement. The contract copy must reflect the contract signing date, contract content, and the pages stamped by both parties. The purchase order must reflect the signing date, purchase content, and the pages stamped or signed by both parties
4.1) Bidders within the customs territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where their basic account was opened within 3 months prior to the bid opening date;
Bidders from outside the customs territory of China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) shall provide a bank statement issued by their bank within 3 months prior to the bid opening date
A bank credit certificate issued by the bank.
(If the credit certificate clearly states that photocopies are invalid, the original credit certificate must be provided, and the bidding agency reserves the right to review the original).
5.1) Bidders within the customs territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) must provide the following supporting documents:
