3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder is a legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade exchanges with the People's Republic of China; Domestic bidders provide a copy of a valid business license, and overseas bidders provide a copy of business registration certificate or other valid supporting documents.
2. The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with controlling and management relationships, and shall not participate in the bidding of the same bidding project.
3. If the bidder is an overseas manufacturer of the People's Republic of China or an authorized agent of an overseas manufacturer, the manufacturer shall have a resident service agency or entrusted agency in China to provide timely and effective after-sales service (project location); Provide a basic introduction to the after-sales service organization and a copy of the business license, and if the after-sales service organization is an entrusted agency, it is also necessary to provide the after-sales service authorization letter issued by the manufacturer.
4. Qualification requirements: This project allows manufacturers or agents authorized by the manufacturer to participate in the bidding, and if the agent participates in the bidding, the bidding authorization of the main equipment (aircraft tractor) must be provided. The same manufacturer can only entrust one agent to participate in the bidding for the same model of equipment of the same brand (if the equipment manufacturer participates in the bidding, the agent shall not be re-authorized; If the bidder is an agent, the bidder must provide the manufacturer's special product agency authorization letter and the manufacturer's after-sales service commitment letter issued by the manufacturer for the equipment of this project; If there are two or more agents of the same brand and the same model, the order of receipt of registration materials shall prevail.
