3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders must have independent legal personality, and domestic bidders must provide a business license or institutional legal person certificate loaded with a unified social credit code; Overseas bidders must provide valid proof of enterprise registration;
2) Performance requirements: The bidder or the manufacturer of the product to be bid should have the performance of similar projects since 01 January 2010 for automatic hole making of titanium alloy and CFRP laminated layer. A copy of the contract or order should be provided, and the copy should reflect the content, signing time, both parties' seal or signature page, otherwise it is regarded as invalid supporting materials.;
3) The bidder must be a manufacturer (integrator) or an authorized agent of the manufacturer. If the bidder is an agent, they must provide a valid authorization letter directly issued by the manufacturer;
4) Bidders must provide a credit certificate issued by their bank within three months prior to the bid opening, with domestic bidders providing a credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened their basic account;
