3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Qualifications or Performance Required of Domestic Product:
(1)Trade License (Duplicated) (Within the validity period, with a clear QR code) (One copy, affixed with the Company seal) or public institutions shall possess a valid Institution Legal Person Certificate (One copy, affixed with the Company seal.)
(2)Taxpayer Qualification Document (Value-Added Tax Invoice or other relevant proof) (One copy, affixed with the Company seal.)
(3)Bank Account Opening Permit or Basic Deposit Account Information (One copy, affixed with the Company seal.)
(4)Power of Attorney from the Legal Person and Identity Proof of the Authorized Representative (If the legal representative participates directly, only identity proof is required). The authorization letter must include the signatures of the legal person and the authorized representative, as well as copies of their identity cards; (The original document must be affixed with the Company seal.)
(5)Profile of the Supplier (Contractor), Business Similar Performance, and After-Sales Service (Affixed with the Company seal)(Attach proof of performance, such as a winning bid notice or contract, and provide contact information).
(6)Please provide the financial statements for the past three years (including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement)(original copies affixed with the Company seal), or a financial report issued by a third-party institution (one copy affixed with the Company seal). If the bidding entity has been established for less than three years, financial statements or reports from the date of establishment shall be provided.
(7)Quality Management System Certification (valid and having passed the latest annual review) or internal quality management system documents (Manufacturer)(one copy affixed with the Company seal).
(8)Please provide the original or a copy of the Credit Certificate issued by the bank of account within three months prior to the bid opening date. (If the bank only provides a soft copy of the Credit Certificate, please attach relevant supporting documents from the bank.).

3.2 Qualifications or Performance Required of Overseas Product Agents or Manufacturers:
