3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Qualification requirements: The Bidder shall have global experience in engineering and manufacturing CNC roll grinders for aluminum processing, maintain a good market reputation, and provide comprehensive after-sales service and technical support in China.
3.2 Performance requirements: Since January 1, 2010, the Bidder shall have successfully undertaken at least three (3) projects for supplying complete CNC roll grinders for aluminum processing. The Bidder shall provide a list of past performance and copies of key contract pages (cover and signature pages) or acceptance certificates, with the contract signing date used as reference.
3.3 If the goods to be supplied by the Bidder under the Contract are manufactured by others and there is a risk of infringement, the Bidder shall provide an original formal letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer to allow the use of such goods in the Project. The letter of authorization must be printed and cannot be handwritten.
3.4 The bank credit certificate submitted by the bidder to prove that it can perform the contract after winning the bid shall be the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder's deposit bank within 3 months before the bid opening date.
