3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications or Performance Required of Bidders: Bidders must possess the capability to manufacture and produce pre-filled syringe inspection systems, o the consent of the manufacturer of the goods. Bidders shall provide the original letter of sole formal authorization from the manufacturer for this bid or for this project, as well as the originf commitment for after-sales service (only one agent may be authorized by a manufacturer of the same brand to participate in the bidding; if the manufacturer participates in the bidding, agents aret allowed to participate). Documents proving the bidder's financial, technical, and supply capabilities required to perform the contract.
Performance Requirements: Since January 1, 2023bidder shall have at least one good performance record of the manufacturer selling pre-filled syringe inspection systems in Mainland China; the bidder must list the performance records in the tender documents, indicating the name, address, contact person, and telephone number of the direct user, and attach color scanned copies of the supply contracts. Original or copy of the credit certificate issued bthe bidder's account bank within three months prior to the opening of the bids.
