3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:All suppliers from the People's Republic of China or from countries or regions that have normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China, who meet the following conditions, are eligible to bid. Qualifications or achievements required for bidders:
1. Requirements for bidders to be manufacturers:
1) Manufacturers outside the customs territory of China must register in their place of residence;
2) Manufacturers within the customs territory of China must possess a valid business license;
3) The bidder must provide at least one performance contract (inclusive of one) for electrostatic field ion trap isotope mass spectrometer since January 1, 2021 (subject to the signing date).
Note: Proof materials such as performance contracts must be provided; if the evaluation factors (such as signing time, service content, signature and seal information, etc.) cannot be reflected, proof materials issued by the owner must also be provided for clear demonstration and stamped with the owner's seal. Failure to provide or inability to prove will result in non-acceptance.
2. Requirements for bidders who are traders or agents:
1) Foreign traders outside the customs area of China must register in their local area and obtain valid authorization from the manufacturer of the bidding goods for this bidding;
2) Agents within China must possess valid business licenses and provide proof of the origin of the bidding products; they should also have obtained valid authorization for this bidding process;
3) The bidder must provide at least one performance contract for electrostatic field ion trap isotope mass spectrometer since January 1, 2021 (subject to the signing date) (including one contract; traders or agents may provide performance of authorized manufacturers).
