Qualifications or Performance:Qualification criteria for bidders: 1. Have the right to independently enter into contracts, possess a valid business license, and have the capability to fulfill contracts in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, and service capabilities; 2. Be in normal operating condition, not be in a state of being ordered to suspend operations, nor in a state of having assets taken over, frozen, or bankruptcy (provide financial statements for the years 2023-2025. If the bidder's establishment time is less than the specified years, a financial statement since its establishment or a credit certificate issued by the basic bank account should be provided); 3. The products being bid on should have similar performance in equipment design, manufacturing, supply, and after-sales service in similar technical principles and adjacent processing fields (such as vegetable and fruit processing, food deep processing, etc.) (similar performance refers to performance with parameters and functions similar to those of the bidding equipment. Provide contract agreements, where the seller must be consistent with the bidder); 4. Have a good business reputation, and have no results of being a dishonesty subject or tax violation blacklist found on "Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn)"; 5. This bidding does not accept consortium bids; 6. For equipment of the same brand and model from the same manufacturer, only one agent can be entrusted to participate in the bidding; the original manufacturer's authorization letter must be provided; 7.
