Qualifications or Performance:(1) The manufacturer shall have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and a proven sales record. The manufacturer must have an agent or maintenance facility in China capable of providing long-term maintenance services for the products. The equipment recommended by the bidder shall be mature and reliable, with sales records of similar equipment from March 2021 to the present, and positive user feedback (the bidder must provide contract or order performance documentation in the bid submission). (2) Once awarded, the bidder must be the signing party to the contract for this project with the tendering party. If the bidder lacks the capacity to sign a contract with the tendering party, its bid will be rejected. (Note: In the bidding process, the same entity must submit the bid, win the bid, and sign the contract. It is not allowed for Party A to bid while Party B signs the contract.)
