3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization that complies with the provisions of the Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China;
(2) If an agent bids, the bidder must obtain a manufacturer's authorization letter for the equipment of this project issued by the manufacturer of the bidding goods, or a certificate that can prove the legal agency relationship between the bidder and the manufacturer;
(3) The bidder or the manufacturer of the bidding goods must have experience in the production or supply of such equipment. The bidder or the manufacturer of the bidding goods must have provided at least 3 sets (inclusive) or 3 customers (inclusive) with equipment identical or similar to the bidding product in Chinese Mainland within the past 3 years.
(4) Bidders must complete valid registration on the Electronic Trading Platform for Bidding and Tendering of Mechanic and Electronic Products designated by the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the "Mechanic and Electronic Products Trading Platform", website: http://www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission deadline. (Due to the time required for registration verification on the Mechanic and Electronic Products Trading Platform, bidders are advised to log in to the website as soon as possible after deciding to participate in this project to check whether they are already in a valid registration status, so as to avoid any impact on their normal bidding process if they wait until the bid submission deadline to handle registration matters.)
