The manufacturer's cumulative performance of aluminum wire bonding equipment in the semiconductor industry over the past three years (the period from the 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline is considered valid, and it is based on the signing time of the contract or order, or the indicated time on the signed or stamped performance details sheet provided by the manufacturer as other valid proof materials) should not be less than 20 units. (The bid document must provide copies of the contract or order or other valid proof materials issued by the manufacturer, such as signed or stamped performance details sheets.)
