3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Qualification Criteria
1.Overseas bidders shall provide valid business registration documents issued in accordance with local laws and regulations.
2.Domestic bidders shall submit valid business license of enterprise legal person.
3.Bidders shall submit the configuration list of tendered equipment.
4.Bidders shall be product manufacturers or officially authorized agents. If the supplied goods are not manufactured by the bidder, the original official authorization letter issued by the manufacturer shall be provided as per the format specified in Volume 1 of International Competitive Bidding Documents for Mechanical and Electrical Product Procurement. Authorization from national general agents, regional agents or non-independent legal institutions is not accepted. Original manufacturer authorization certificate is required.
5.Bidders shall provide original or scanned bank credit certificate issued within three months prior to bid opening. Original certificate must be submitted if copies are deemed invalid. The tendering agency reserves the right to verify original documents. Domestic registered enterprises shall submit valid basic account certification documents affixed with official seal.
6.Bidders shall provide sales performance records of tendered products from January 1, 2023 to the bid closing date under the bidder's name, including sales contract list and key pages of representative major contracts.
