3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Qualification Requirements
1)Overseas bidders shall provide valid business registration certificates issued in accordance with local laws.
2)Domestic bidders shall submit valid enterprise legal person business license.
3)Bidders shall submit the configuration list of tendered equipment.
4)Bidders shall be product manufacturers or duly authorized agents. If goods are not self-manufactured, original manufacturer authorization letter complying with the format in Volume 1 of International Competitive Bidding Documents for Mechanical and Electrical Product Procurement shall be provided. Bids authorized by national general agents, regional agents or non-legal representative offices are invalid. Original authorization certificate is required.
5)Bidders shall submit original or scanned bank credit certificate issued within three months prior to bid opening. Original certificate is required if copies are stated invalid. Domestic enterprises shall provide valid basic account supporting documents sealed with official stamp.
6)Bidders shall provide valid sales performance of tendered products from January 1, 2023 to bid closing date under the bidder's name, including contract list and key pages of major contracts.
