3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Qualification Criteria
1)Overseas bidders shall provide valid registration certificates legally issued in their business location.
2)Domestic bidders shall submit the business license of enterprise legal person.
3)Bidders shall submit the configuration list of the tendered equipment.
4)Bidders shall be the product manufacturer or manufacturer-authorized agent. If the supplied goods are not self-manufactured, an official authorization letter issued by the original manufacturer shall be provided in accordance with the format specified in Volume 1 of International Competitive Bidding Documents for Mechanical and Electrical Product Procurement.Bids authorized by national general agents, regional agents or non-independent legal representative offices are not accepted. The original manufacturer authorization certificate is required.
5)Bidders shall provide the original or scanned copy of bank credit certificate issued within three months prior to bid opening. Original certificate is required if copies are marked invalid. The tendering agency reserves the right to verify original documents.Domestic registered enterprises shall submit supporting documents including bank account opening permit, basic deposit account information, bank seal specimen, account opening application form or other valid certification materials with official seal affixed.
6)Bidders shall provide sales performance of tendered products from January 1, 2023 to the bid closing date under the bidder's name. Submit sales contract list and key pages of representative major contracts, including contract cover, procurement content page and sealed pages of both parties.
