3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder should be an independent legal entity that complies with the provisions of the "Bidding and Tendering Law of the People's Republic of China".
2) The bidder should be a professional manufacturer of the bidding product or an agent authorized by the manufacturer of the bidding product. If the agent bids, the original copy of the manufacturer's unique authorization letter for this project issued by the bidding product manufacturer must be provided.
3) Domestic bidders who participate in the bidding using products manufactured in the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions with separate customs areas) shall meet the qualification conditions stipulated in Article 22, Paragraph 1 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China" (qualification certificates should be provided in the bid documents as per Article 17, Paragraph 1 of the "Implementation Regulations of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China").
4) The bidder must complete effective registration on the electronic bidding and tendering platform for mechanical and electrical products recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "mechanical and electrical products bidding and tendering platform", with the website address: http://www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission deadline (Since the registration review on the mechanical and electrical products bidding and tendering platform takes some time, if the bidder decides to participate in this project bidding, please log in to the website as soon as possible to check whether they are in an effective registration state.
