3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Bidder's Minimum Qualification Requirements
04 Qualification
1.Valid Grade I or above of qualification of electronics and intelligence construction specialized contracting;
2.Good enterprise credit condition without significant quality safety accident in the past three years (2016-2018);
3.Valid Safety Production License;
4.Bidders outside Sichuan Province or foreign/overseas shall provide valid "Registration certificate of enterprises engaging in construction engineering in Sichuan Province" or "Registration certificate of enterprises engaging in contracting business in Sichuan Province" with the two-dimension code.
Financial Performance Submission of sealed audited financial statements in the past three years (2016-2018) to demonstrate no deficit in each year.
Experience The contractor should successfully accomplished or is still working on at least 1 contract that similar to this contract (The similarity means information system engineering, including hardware equipment and software systems), minimum contract value shall be at least RMB 13 million Yuan, from 2016 to the bid submission deadline (date of Letter of Acceptance shall govern). Copies of letter of acceptance and contract agreement need to be provided and sealed, the original documents shall be made available for verification upon request.
