Overview:Chongqing Bishan Vocational Education Center has applied a loan from KfW in EURO towards the cost of the above mentioned Procurement of Mechanical Electronics Equipment Project and it is intended that the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under this proposed contract. The contract signed among the Parties shall come into force after being reported to KfW and receiving its No-Objection.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:a. The bidder shall have at least two similar projects in the field of education projects financed by foreign government loan or international finance corporation loan from 2015 to the bid opening date. At least one of those above mentioned contract shall be financed by KfW loan and with a minimum contract amount of not less than EUR 2 million or equivalent each;
b. The Bidder shall be profitable in business during the last three years (2016-2018). Owners' equity in the previous fiscal year (2018) shall not be less than EUR 2 million or equivalent.
c. The Bidder shall be continuously in business during the last three years (2016-2018); average annual turnover shall be more than EUR 5 million or equivalent in the past three years (2016-2018);
