Project Tender is Hubei Jinfengtai Health Technology Development Co., Ltd. Construction funds are from German Promotion Loan and have been made available. The project is ready for bidding by way of international competitive bidding and now public biddings are invited for the Medical Information System.
Source of Funds:NDRC has approved the Fund Application Report of this project.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.Successful completion as main supplier within the last three years (2017, 2018 and 2019), of at least 3 information project (Includes hardware and software) and the amount of each contract not less than 2.5 million Euros or RMB equivalent.
2. Submission of audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidder's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last three years (2017, 2018 and 2019) to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position. As a minimum, the Bidder's net worth for the last year (2019) calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
3. Minimum average annual turnover of EUR 7.5 million calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 years (2017, 2018 and 2019).
4. Availability of or access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet cash flow requirement which is EUR 2.5 million.
