1、Bidding Conditions
Overview:Liaoning Cancer Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "the Purchaser") has applied a loan from KfW in EURO towards the cost of the above mentioned Procurement of Medical Equipment Project and it is intended that the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under this proposed contract. The contract signed among the Parties shall come into force after being reported to KfW and receiving its No-Objection.
Source of Funds:KfW Loan.
Description of The Prepared Bidding Conditions:The "Fund Application Report" has been approved by National Development and Reform Commission on Oct 23, 2017.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Documentary evidence will be required of all bidders that they have qualifications, experience and capacity to be able to successfully complete the contract on time for this lot: (1).The Bidder shall at least have experience in 2 medical equipment procurement projects financed by Foreign Governmental Loans or International Finance Corporation Loans during 2015-dealinde for bid submission (subject to project completion time), and each individual contract amount shall be no less than EUR 10 million or equivalent;
(2).The Bidder's ending balance of Profit & Loss Statement of each year shall be positive in, 2017, 2018 and 2019; (3).The Bidder shall be continuously in business during 2015-2019; The average turnover of the bidder for selling of medical equipment during 2017-2019 shall be no less than EUR 15 million or equivalent.
