Overview:Shaoyang Environmental Sanitation Infrastructure Construction Co., Ltd. has received funds from the Agence Fran？aise de Développement (the French Development Agency) towards the cost of Shaoyang Kitchen Waste Resource Utilization and Harmless Treatment Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement and Installation of Equipment and Materials for Collecting & Transporting System and Automatic Control and Monitoring System.
Source of Funds:Funds have been put in place.
Description of The Prepared Bidding Conditions:The project has met the bidding conditions, and we have received no-objection approval letter from the AFD about the bidding documents .

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1)The Sole Bidder/All the partner of JV shall be an independent legal entity registered according to law. Foreign bidder shall provide a copy of Business License issued by the appropriate authority in their home countries; Domestic bidder shall provide copies of Business License qualified in the annual inspection held by Administration for Industry and Commerce, PRC, Tax Registration Certificate, Organization Code Certificate (Or the latest three-in-one certificate), and an import and export business permit issued by the relevant authority of PRC government.
(2)The Sole Bidder/Leading partner of JV's registered capital shall be not less than RMB 50, 000, 000.00 yuan or Euro 6, 250, 000.00.
(3)The average turnover of the past three years (2017-2019) of the Bidder shall be not less than RMB 50, 000, 000.00 yuan or the equivalent in Euro.
(4)The Sole Bidder/All the partner of JV shall provide the Audited balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and audit report for the last 3 years (2017-2019), which shall prove the current soundness financial position and indicate prospective long-term profitability of the bidder.
(5)Suppliers of the barreled kitchen waste collection truck with 8 tons volume, the floor scale, and the collecting & transporting and intelligent control management system of kitchen waste must have more than 3 years of production experience, and provide relevant certificates such as business license.
(6) In the past three years (contract signing date from 2018 to present), the Sole Bidder/Leading partner of JV has completed two contacts financed by loans from international economic organizations or foreign governments, each with Contract amount not less than RMB 20, 000, 000.00 yuan or the equivalent in Euro. Among them, at least one contract must have experience of the supply of kitchen waste collection truck or detachable garbage truck. Copies of Notification of Award, relevant Contracts (Original for reference), final acceptance certificate and contact information are required to be attached in the bid.
(7)The supplier of the collecting & transporting and intelligent control management system of kitchen waste must have completed at least 2 contracts of supply of kitchen waste engineering, intelligent collecting &transporting system, MES system of production control, and security monitoring system in China. The supplier of the floor scale must have successfully completed at least 2 supply contracts of the similar equipment. Contracts are required to be attached in the bid(Original for reference).
(8)The Sole bidder/manufacturer/installation company shall provide a Certificate of ISO9001 series.
