3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.The minimum requirements of the qualified bidders includes but not limited to: 1) The bidder shall have been registered at least five (5) years; 2) For the domestic bidders, the bidder shall have at least a First Class Qualification Certificate for of General Contracting Housing Construction and second class Qualification Certificate for of General Contracting Curtain Wall Project; 3) From January 1, 2014 to the initial date of the bid submission deadline, two construction contracts have been successfully completed or have been substantially completed within the territory of China (the work includes curtain wall project with the cost of not less than 8 million RMB and above or equal to a scale of 10,000 square meters and above). Certification materials such as contract or completion acceptance shall be provided. If it is not clear in the performance data that the work content includes curtain wall project, the bill of quantities of the project or certification materials that the project contains curtain wall projects shall be provided separately. 4) The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the past 3 years (2017-2019) shall not be less than 4 million euros or equivalent, and all of them shall remain profitable.
