3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:I. Domestic bidders shall have the following qualifications issue by the competent department of construction administration:
(a) General Contracting Qualification of Municipal Public Works Construction - Grade I (or above);
(b) General Contracting Qualification of Construction of Hydraulic and Hydroelectric Engineering - Grade 1 (or above);
(c) General Contracting Qualification of Construction of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering - Grade 1 (or above)
(d) General Contracting Qualification of Construction and Engineering - Grade II (or above).
II. As a prime contractor, the bidder in the last 3 years (from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for submission of bids, the date of completion acceptance shall prevail) complete the following Similar contracts in China:
(a) One is the construction of the water resources and hydraulic engineering project. The contract amount shall not be less than CNY 30 million or equivalent in other currencies.
(b) One is the municipal public works project. The contract amount shall not be less than CNY 60 million or equivalent in other currencies.
(c) One is the mechanical and electrical engineering construction project. The contract amount shall not be less than CNY 20 million or equivalent in other currencies.
(d) One is the housing construction project. The contract amount shall not be less than CNY 5 million or equivalent in other currencies
For the completed project shall provide: copies of the notification of award, the contract, project completion acceptance report and other documents should be provided and stamped with the official seal.
